Deliveries to Europe, North America and Australasia are sent by Royal Mail International Standard.

Europe: £15.00 (free for orders above £100)

Rest of the World: 

        Orders under £100: £20 shipping

        Orders over £100: £30 shipping

The buyer is responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply.

Returns and Exchanges

Orders are dispatched within one working day, well-wrapped and ready for the worst the post can throw at them.

Still, sometimes they go through the wars. Framed butterflies are very delicate and in rare cases have been damaged in the post. No problem - just get in touch and describe the problem and I will arrange a replacement.
